1. Services

SimpleBuild AI provides done-for-you website design, SEO optimization (SEO, AEO, GEO, ISO), domain registration, and AI visibility scanning services.

2. Payment

All prices are one-time payments in USD processed via Stripe. Payment is required before work begins. No refunds after work has started.

3. Delivery & Revisions

Delivery timelines are estimates (Medium: 5–10 days, Elite: 10–21 days). Revision rounds depend on your plan. Additional revisions are available for a fee.

4. Ownership

You own the website content and design after final payment. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
